General Description
The city of Heilbron supports students who have residence there or whose parents have lived in Heilbron for at least a long time.
Requirements
Applicants must be gifted or demonstrate financial need. They must also provide the following: notice of registration at a university, proof of academic achievement, notice of costs for the applicant, notice of other earnings.
