The Brian Dillon Memorial Prize is intended to award an outstanding undergraduate student. The prize is awarded annually at University College Cork. It is awarded to the undergraduate student who obtains the highest mark in Criminal Law. The mark must be made on the student’s first attempt. The prize includes an engraved medal, a cash prize, and a printed scroll. A sum of €500 is awarded to the University on a yearly basis to purchase the scroll and medal. The leftover cash is awarded to the student, along with the scroll and parchment.
The student must obtain the highest mark in Criminal Law. The score must have been achieved on the student’s first attempt.
