The ICSA Meat Marketing Prize was donated by the Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers Association. A bursary is avaliable to a Third Year Food Business undergraduate. To receive the bursary a student must obtain the highest mark in the meat marketing project. The prize is valued at €1,000 per annum.
