The General Council of Charente offers emergency grants for students in a situation of financial hardship. Grantees will receive a one-off allowance of up to 500 euro. Requirements
These grants are open to university students of all disciplines and academic levels. Candidates are required to demonstrate that they are undergoing major financial difficulties The applicant´s parents must be permanent residents of the Department of Charente.
