General Description
The Hanfling Fund and the University of Oxford offers scholarships philosophy students. It covers all college and university fees and provides a maintenance grant. The value of scholarship is £13,726 and it is likely to increase in the years to come. For overseas students the scholarship covers all costs and accommodation for 2 or 3 years, and maintenance costs of £5,000. The scholarship last for 2 years for those who enter with DPhil status, and 3 years for those with PRS status.
Requirements
The Hanfling Fund is meant for students who commence with DPhil or PRS status in Philosophy. Students who applied for DPhil or PRS admissions are eligible but students who already have such status are not. There is no need to apply for Hanfling Fund. All students who apply for DPhil or PRS will automatically be considered for the scholarship. Both "Home" and EU students are eligible to apply.
