The China Scholarships Council (CSC) in conjunction with the University College of London (UCL) provides funding for Joint Research Scholarships. The aims is to expand the educational, cultural and technological cooperation between the UK and China. The scholarships provide for travel to and from the UK and China, visa fees, tuition costs for a MPhil/PhD program, and a living allowance of 13,200 Pounds (currently about 16,540 Euros). The scholarship lasts for the duration of the MPhil/PhD Program.
Applicants must hold a letter of admission to UCL. Students should be pursuing an area or study or research in one of the priority areas as identified by CSC and UCL. Applicants must be citizens of China at the time of the application.
