The University of London, Goldmiths College, offer 206 National Scholarship Programme awards each year. They are given to students whose household income is £25,000 a year or less. Each scholarship is valued at £4,000. First year students receive £2,000, while second and third year students get £1,000 each. In order to receive this scholarship, students must show their academic potential. It is available in four ways: as a cash bursary; as a partial tuition fee waiver; as an accommodation fee waiver; and as a learning support package. Each department has a certain number of scholarships to offer according to the number of students. EU students and part-time students are also eligible to apply but they will have different arrangements and awards.
One of the most important requirements is that the household income of the applying student is £ 25,000 or less. This has to be means-tested by Student Finance England. Student must also live in England. The scholarship is only available for first year undergraduate students. They must accept Goldmiths College as their firm choice, and academic potential must be demonstrated.
