Students at Lancaster University can apply for financial awards from the National Scholarship Programme. These scholarships help students in difficult financial situations and those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. They are awarded to first year undergraduate students but can be extended into the second and third year of study. Each scholarship is worth £2,000. Second and third year students receive £1,000.
All students whose household income is £25,000 a year or less are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
