General Description
The FCT(Portugal)-ICTI offers the Carnegie Mellon University Portugal Doctoral Program Scholarships to support doctoral students conducting technology-related research at Portuguese scientific institutions. A monthly fellowship of up to 2040 euro will be awarded for a maximum of 48 months.
Requirements
Applicants must be doctoral candidates working in the fields of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Machine Interaction, Spoken Language Technology, Applied Mathematics, Technology Change and Entrepreneurship, and Engineering and Public Policy. Selection is made on the basis of the academic merit and fluency in English of candidates (to this end, applicants must submit the results of their GMAT/GRE and TOEFL examinations).
