The Government of France and the Institut français de Géorgie promote cooperation between France and Georgia by offering scholarships to Georgian students who wish to pursue master's studies in a French university. The scholarships cover tuition fees for the duration of the program and offer a monthly allowance for living expenses. Health and social benefits are also covered.
Eligible candidates must be citizens and permanent residents of Georgia, and be 30 years of age or younger. They have to possess an undergraduate degree or be within one year of completing it. Candidates should have a good knowledge of the French language.
