General Description
The Municipality of Oliveira do Bairro is offering scholarships to its residents. Usually the application occurs in November. They are made in the Municipality of Oliveira do Bairro. The scholarships vary according to the per capita household income. The award of the scholarship never exceeds €485.00, corresponding to the national minimum wage.
Requirements
The interested students must be a citizen or equivalent in legal terms. Reside in Oliveira do Bairro for over two years. Be enrolled in an educational institution. Do not have a monthly per capita income much higher than 50% of the minimum wage. The student cannot have failed in the last three academic years, except in cases of prolonged illness or similar situation, duly attested. Should have a grade points average equal to or higher than 12. Do not have any degree. Have previously submitted an application for a scholarship at the institution in which they are enrolled.
