General Description
The Elvas Municipality opens a Higher Education Scholarship.
Requirements
This programme is for students who live in Elvas, Portugal. Candidates must be 25 years old or less at the moment of their application. They must also be enrolled in public, private or cooperative higher education. All eligible students must have passed their previous school year. They cannot have any kind of higher education degree. Applicants cannot have any municipality debt. Finally, their household’s gross annual income per capita cannot exceed 6000€.
