General information on this scholarship
General Description
The Germany Scholarship scheme is open to students at the Macromedia University for Media and Communication – MHMK (MHMK Macromedia Hochschule für Medien und Kommunikation – München). It is a scheme run by the German Ministry of Education and Research. Half of the scholarship is funded by public money. The other half comes from donations. This is from companies, organisations or individuals. The award is worth 3,600 Euros per year. It is paid for 12 months but this can be extended.
Requirements
All students at MHMK can apply for a Germany Scholarship. It is awarded on the basis of past academic performance. A demonstrable commitment to society is also required. Social, family and personal circumstances are taken into account too.
