General Description:
Talented graduate students are supported by the RWE AG with RWE student support. Up to 3 new scholarships are awarded to graduate students annually. The scholarship pays €1 000 per month. The grant will be paid over a period of up to three years. In addition, a mentor is appointed for each recipient.
Requirements:
The project is aimed at PhD students whose disciplines are power generation and distribution. Fields of importance are: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, economics, business, computer science mathematics and similar disciplines. Applications should be made at the beginning of the year. A prerequisite is that applicants must be recommended for the program by a professor who must certify that they are interested in the energy sector and have above average attendance and examination results. Applicants should also show good social skills and community involvement.
