General Description
The “Suggestion” program is an initiative of the German National Academic Foundation. It supports young students in the early phases of their studies. Applicants are suggested by either the principal teacher of their high school (Gymnasium) or college professors up to two semesters before completing their studies. The monthly stipend consist of a lump-sum 597€ and additional 300€ for books and educational equipment. The maximum duration is up to the completion of the standard period of study.
Requirements
Applicants must be Germans, EEA citizens or educational residents in Germany. Students are expected to show proof of extraordinary academic success, as well as extracurricular activities.
